Essence is the largest of our Gaia flats: 51.5 m² with the living room at the centre of the home. The kitchen is separate and equipped for everyday use — hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
It is the natural choice for anyone who wants to live in Gaia with Porto ten minutes away, whether working remotely or on a longer assignment.

Two ways to stay
Stays of 1 to 6 months. Both packages include water and electricity up to the consumption limit, internet, the condominium fee and periodic cleaning. What changes is how often we come.
The flat, furnished and equipped, with bills included up to the limit and cleaning once a month. This is our minimum — the service is part of the stay.

The price is monthly and follows the calendar: a stay that crosses seasons pays each month at that month's rate. June to August usually stays in local accommodation.
Prices include the continuity discount for 3 to 6 consecutive months. A stay with gaps, or of 1 to 2 months, costs 15% more.
Prices include VAT at the legal rate of 6%, applicable to local accommodation services. Included limit: 450 kWh of electricity and 10 m³ of water per month. Above that, consumption is billed at cost with the invoice attached. One month's deposit, returned at the end of the stay.
