Our flats are licensed for local accommodation and built for stays of three to six months, which is exactly the length of an Erasmus semester. Share with classmates and the price per person drops.
Price per person
Monthly prices, VAT included, for the whole flat. The more people share, the less each pays.

Capacity comes from the local-accommodation licence: Essence and Courtesy Apartment take up to four people, Charm and Douro Cork up to two.
What is included
- Water, electricity and gas up to the flat's consumption limit
- Internet, TV and the building charges
- Furnished and equipped flat
- Monthly cleaning and bed and bath linen
Paperwork for your university
- Temporary accommodation contract covering the exact semester dates
- Accommodation declaration with the AL registration number, for your faculty
- We do not issue a lease or a tax address. If you need proof of accommodation for AIMA, check with your university before booking.
When to book
- Autumn semester: September to January
- Spring semester: February to July
- Three months ahead is the right time to book
