The price is monthly and follows the calendar: a stay that crosses seasons pays each month at that month's rate. June to August usually stays in local accommodation.
Prices include the continuity discount for 3 to 6 consecutive months. A stay with gaps, or of 1 to 2 months, costs 15% more.
Prices include VAT at the legal rate of 6%, applicable to local accommodation services. Included limit: 300 kWh of electricity and 8 m³ of water per month. Above that, consumption is billed at cost with the invoice attached. One month's deposit, returned at the end of the stay.
